Feel it before
you spec it.
Motion doesn't survive a handoff described in words. I tune it in the material, then write it down. Pull the diamond, change the spring, and the spec writes itself.

On paper or in Figma, wherever the idea is fastest.

The real thing in the browser, with AI in the loop.

On real devices. Timing is judged by hand, not by spec.

Springs, copy, edge cases and the empty states.

Interaction & motion
Easing, springs and timing tuned in code, so motion explains what just happened instead of decorating it.
Prototypes in the real material
Working web prototypes with real content, real devices and the awkward edge cases, not clickable pictures of them.
Design systems as tokens
Colour, type, glass and spacing defined once and shared by the design file and the code, so they can’t drift apart.
Creative technology
Camera, sound, 3D and generative media, when they earn their place. Anime Power Lab and Aki’s Window are two.

I direct, read, test and ship with AI. Speed isn’t proof, so everything gets checked on a real screen before it goes out.
Still a strategist
It starts with the system around the screen: people, rules, operations and feedback loops. The build is how the strategy gets tested.
