Identifying the Problem
We explored Vampire Power, recognizing it as a hidden yet significant issue. Our goal was to design a service to raise awareness and reduce this phantom energy consumption

Research and Insights
We researched major consumers of Vampire Power and assessed current policies. Engaging with stakeholders, we gathered insights on household behaviors and electricity usage.

User-Centric Approach
We created personas and mapped user journeys to understand motivations and pain points. Our focus was on developing user-friendly solutions that encourage positive behavior changes.

Ideation and Service Development
Using ideation techniques, we developed and refined our service concept, PluggOut. We validated our ideas through surveys and expert consultations, focusing on smart, sustainable solutions.
